I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who began my professional journey after earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Adelphi University in 2020. Learning as I went, the Covid-19 pandemic was a real-world experience that only deepened my commitment to helping others find stability and support through life’s challenges.
My experience spans hospital, community, agency, school, and private practice settings, where I've facilitated many individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions. My approach is rooted in warmth, respect, and collaboration, with the goal of creating a space that feels both safe and empowering.
I have experience helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, chronic stress, life transitions, and much more. I'm always hoping clients will leave their time with me feeling as if they have developed a new set of tools to navigate the world and build towards a brighter, more balanced future.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outside! I love yoga, going to concerts and listening to music, bike riding, paddle boarding, and hanging out at the beach. I also enjoy spending time with my wonderful dog and reading – while savoring a delicious cup of coffee.
